The description given of this book is incorrect - it actually applies to the 2nd book in the series "Miss Billy's Decision". In this book, the newly orphaned 18 year old 'Billy' comes to live with the person for whom she is named.

But, he doesn't know of her existence, and of course, assumes that Billy is a boy/5(66).
